Teaching is the act of instruction that enables the learner to master the lesson. There are lots of factors to consider when it comes to teaching and learning process. But as the proverbs said “ Train a child in a way he should go for when he is old he will not depart from it. “ Teach them how to apply what they have learned. Through individual individualdifferences , some children have difficulty in mastering the skills. Teachers should observe the causes of the attitude and behavior of the children.

The greatest factor that a teacher should possess is the love for children. When love is within  the four walls of the classroom, there is the protection of harmony and peace.  We are doing our best for our loved ones. The same thing with the children we are teaching. If the teacher shows her love for the children then she’ll do her best to make them learn. The teacher is not just aiming for the present but for the future of the child.

Love is the main root of the tree that blooms to have a fruit, the fruit of knowledge. Whatever situation we are in, we should not forget that it is important to show love for children. Love leads to respect, concern, hope and action for them to feel they are important. Our concern to them will lead them to study hard and reach there potentials to the fullest.

Even though children felt unloved at home but they felt love in school it will be their inspiration to study hard and grow in learning. Love is the main ingredient to efficient and effective learning.
