School is the best avenue for learning. It provides essential, appropriate and innovative learning materials for the learners to be willingly engaged and be responsible for their own learning quest. The schools together with the stakeholders continuously improve school facilities for easy access and utilization.
The DepEd’s learning support system configure a well-defined structure that will be responsible in ensuring that the aim and goal of the educational system will be provided effectively and efficiently up to the single learner inside the school. This call for another milestone for the classroom structure as well as the school itself because it mainstream teacher’s creativeness in terms of making new and interesting instructional learning materials for the benefits of the learners. Thus, the conduct of Division Search for Best LRMS Implementer is a big challenge for the 18 public elementary schools in the Division of City of Balanga.
Cataning Elementary School relocates its old LRMDS room to a new and higher room so that it will be more accessible, conducive and free from floods and other related calamities. The school also complied with all the necessary requirements for the criteria of the search. Through the untiring support of our beloved principal Mrs. Agnes O. Magdalera and collaborative effort of all the teachers and subject coordinators the new and awesome LRMS Center becomes an exciting venue for teaching and learning endeavor.
Last, October 23, 2019 the Division Evaluators headed by Dr. Ellen C. Macaraeg which includes different Education Program Supervisors carefully scrutinized all the content and areas in the LRMS Center. Obviously seen on their faces are favorable and commendable reactions in all that they’ve seen. Each corner per subject area showcased their best IM’s and complied with the required numbers in print and non-print materials. They also provided conducive learning space for children with proper documentation and logbook. Manipulative materials are made to be longer lasting and in exaggerated sizes so that it will be more attractive to all the learners. Hopefully, our aim to receive an award in the coming awarding ceremony will become a reality.
Once again we have proven that “ Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much” Helen Keller.
Kudos to all the Teaching, Non-Teaching, Pupils and other Stakeholders of our dearest school.
