June is the month that most teachers are waiting for. It is the time tofaceanother set of pupils. During this period, teachers make sure that they are ready to face every scene that might happen during the first day of school. In order to assure that they are now ready, here are some pointers to remember before classes starts:

First, see to it that classroom is conducive for learning, well ventilated and free from any destruction in teaching-learning situation.

Second, see to it that all desks are properly arranged. As much as possible labeled with the name of every pupil. This helps avoid problems when arranging the seat plan.

Third, see to it that books and other school related materials are fairly distributed to the pupils.

Fourth, see to it that pupil’s list of names is already posted at the door.

Fifth, see to it that your bulletin boards are well-structured. This will serve as an advance preview of what is expected to be learned for the year.

Lastly and most important, YOU teacher, ready yourself (your body, your mind and your heart) to face another year to the challenging world of teaching.
