Teaching is considered as the highly honored profession.  Through it, all kinds of professionals emerged.  It is regarded as the root of all professions. Doctors, engineers, architects, bankers and among other professions were shaped by the teaching profession.  But a teacher of this profession must further prove its brilliant worth by making an immense difference not only for himself/herself but also for the others as well.

As an educator, it is not simply saying that you love your profession but it is by embracing its totality.   Teachers who would like to make a difference in teaching must unselfishly offer himself/herself, his/her altruistic adherence, immeasurable time and untiring effort in offering service to the child…the learner.

In the execution of your job as real educator, the passion in teaching must be very much evident. Teach your learners all the best that they owe to learn.  Be creative, be resourceful and be innovative.  They say that teachers are just like superheroes that are being admired for possessing great powers of mind and deed.

In the projection of moral character and values, a teacher must be above from the rest since your students look up to you as their great model.  Every word you utter, every gesture you manifest and every disposition you take may influence their individuality.  Teachers who would like to make a difference must be an epitome of an ethical and moral icon.

In dealing with clientele, a teacher who makes a difference should indulge himself/herself in the duty of a foster parent who is willing to give it all for the benefit of the learners.  Since they are entrusted to your management, you must perform the job with extreme compassion and care. Be a loving figure, ready to lend an emphatic heart and open hands.

Moreover, a teacher who makes a difference is someone who shows his/her versatility. He/she manifests his/her exceptional talents and abilities in various aspects of learning and undertakings in order to educate and train others. He/she must be an inspiration of flexibility and adaptability.

Finally, a teacher who makes a difference is someone who leads the learners closer to God.  His/her exemplary faith on the Creator is flourishing from his/her heart.  He/she showers his/her learners with goodness and righteousness.

These will make a difference in a teacher, try to be unique but the distinctiveness must be awesome and radiant.  Make a great difference, it is in your hands.
