School stress is a very negative aspect of a students’ life. Many students are faced with school stress. Stress in school  is often cause by too much homework and having to do it on your spare time, racing to  meet the deadline of school projects, or earning poor grade. These cause  students to become upset and very stressed.

            Educational requirements get more stringent in all levels of education, pupils everywhere experience considerable school stress. Classroom teachers can play a vital role in helping students to manage daily stress effectively. Since stress-related problems affect the school performance of pupils, classroom teacher should  help his pupils to cope up with school stress through teaching students with these Elizabeth Scott some stress relief tips to minimized their school stress levels to make learning easier: Manage time wisely. It’s important to give yourself plenty of time to work on your studies if you want to do well, you can save yourself a lot of stress if you plan ahead with good time management skills. Get organized. Have a system of organization for note-taking, keeping track of assignments and other important papers. Create a good study environment. Creating a soothing environment can reduce stress and help you learn. Know your learning style. It’s important to know whether you are a visual, kinesthetic or auditory learner, as you can tailor your study practices around your particular learning style and make success easier to attain. Practice visualizations. Visualizations and imagery are proven stress management techniques. You can also reduce student stress and improve test performance by imagining yourself achieving your goals.
