Leaders are shaped by the people who know how to lead and these are the beloved teachers.

 

Teachers prepare the youth of today in order to be responsible in their everyday undertaking.  Unintentionally, they are already molding the youth to be the next leaders of the society.

 

It is very significant that teachers are training the pupils in all aspects of their totality.

 

From reading, writing, computing and other skills, these are the means in order to transform an individual to be productive and be of worth.

 

Those things taught and bestowed on students by the teachers are instrumental to make the learners develop and be a leader in all fields of endeavor.

 

Every young individual is taught with the knowledge and skills and eventually be equipped.  Consequently, the result would be enabling him to face the challenges of various tasks.  This will lead him to be a leader and be an independent individual in order to do what is right.

 

Furthermore, the teachers are exposing the students to various contests. This is a great way of boosting their morale to be more confident.  Once self esteem is enhanced, then a leader will rise.

 

Teachers play a vital role in making an individual be productive, independent and responsible. Evidently, these traits will mold him to be a leader. Thanks to the teachers.
