Good manners are very significant for all of us to learn. It suggests respect to those and from those we interact with. It helps us to have better relationship with other people. And as teachers, this is what we are looking for from our students.

                We cannot hide the fact that teaching is exhausting at times. Inside the classroom, there is always an instance when it seems that the students are challenging our tolerance. As a result, we misunderstand them so we try to apply discipline without giving them the benefit of the doubt.

                However, being a teacher is not just about teaching for the sake of giving knowledge. It is more of transforming life and creating a better person to produce a more matured and dignified one. Teaching is a process of preparing the students into becoming competent individuals to make them ready to face more skilled competitors.

                It is just that the studentsrespond on the manner that the teacher projects towards them. Sometimes, we ask so much from our students. We demand behaviors and characters that we want without examining our own conduct towards them. Remember that the teacher sets the kind of atmosphere that there will be inside the classroom.The students just react on how the teachers react on their actions. Students look at their teacher as all-knowing. They reflect who the teacher is inside the classroom so teachers should not fail the students’ expectations to them especially when it comes to respecting each other’s perspectives and perceptions.

               

                The reason why there are students that are optimist is because of their teachers’ positive driven attitude.They do not just teach but they touch the soul. They do notteach just to inform or relay the lessons but they convey a lesson to be applied for and somehow become their tools and weapons when they face the real world, the world outside the classroom.
