“Nothing is permanent in this world but changes”. Humans are naturally discontented on what they have so as a result they keep on craving for something new. As years go by, our society changes in many ways. These changes also exist in the field of teaching – learning process. Traditional way of teaching has a great impact to the students but then again we are in modern era where in we used to deal with those modern technologies in teaching learning process.

Teachers also change. They need to attend seminars about new techniques and approaches that a lined with the modern generation. They also need to study on how to use technologies not only to ease their task but also to get the attention of the students. In these some reason teachers need to adopt what is in this generation for them to be more effective teacher.

          With all of adjustment and adaptation of the teachers in this modern world, in order for us to become a better person, they deserve to be respected, loved, and honored. Every one can’t be a successful person without a teacher. Teacher is a Modern Hero.
