The society needs moral and ethical teachers who will lead the child to a better outlook in life.  Morality and ethics are such branches of philosophy which have connections and relations to the field of education particularly to teachers.

In terms of morality, a teacher must teach the child to identify what is right or wrong and what is good or bad.  He/she must emphasize that a person must do the right and good and must avoid the wrong and bad.

In various school and life situations, a teacher could lead the child to make right and good choices and actions in order to direct him/her to the moral side of life most especially in doing different classroom activities particularly in the assessment part.

Also, the teacher should help the child apply ethics in his life.  The application of morality would be the ethics.  The ethical side of the person can be achieved in doing good and right actions and behaviors.  Just like in the moral side, apply the good and right would be ethical but it has more focus on the actions.

As an ethical educator, you must exemplify morality and ethics by doing what is right and good, inside and outside of the class or school.

Being a model of righteousness and goodness is the best for the child sees and imitates what a teacher does.  We should always keep in mind that the being ethical and moral yields respect from our students and that is very important to us.

Be a moral and ethical educator for it is what is highly expected from a teacher.
