What everLevel of motivation your student bring to theClassroom will be transferred for better or worse, byWhat happen to the classroomUnfortunately, these is no single magical formulaFor motivating students many factors affect a givenStudents motivation to work and to learn interestIn the subject matter, perception of its usefulnessGeneral desire to achieve. Self confidence and self-esteemAs well as patience and persistance. And of courseNot all students are motivated of the same values, needsDesires or wants. Some students motivated by the approval of others use overcoming challenges.The encourage students become self-motivatedIndependent learners. Instructors can do the following:

*Give frequent, early positive feedback that supportsStudents beliefs that they can do well.

*Encore opportunities for students success by assigningTask that are neither to easy nor too difficult.

*Help students find personal meaning and valueIn the materialCreate an atmosphere that is open and positive.

*Help students feel that they are valued membersOf a learning community.
