In the field of educational system, school administrators and school principals, both in the elementary and secondary school are quite confused in how to bring out the best in their teachers.

But the question commonly asked by the school administrators especially  the new ones are: How do we encourage our teachersto teach and be more creative? How can we stimulate our teachers to be more productive?

Based on the seasoned school administrators, a teacher becomes more inspires and applauds the teachers’ good work. In short, teachers become more inspired to teach if they are personaly motivate by their principals.

Indeed, it becomes imperative for principals to motivate their teachers. For motivation means a lot for teachers productivity in the school. It is motivation that enables a teacher to carry out school activities to the best. Remember, if a person’s level of motivation is too low, he or she may give up quickly. On the contrary, if a teacher is given a high level of motivation, it may  drive him to give his best performance and focus well on his teaching.

In essence, a school principal must be a good leader-motivator. He should design a system that will continously reinforce the enthusiasm of a teacher to teach better. And in doing so, the principal should give the teacher a touch of love and a heart to understand and a force with smile.

Evidently, therefore, motivating the teachers must be a top priority of school administrators and school principals.
