Located at Pilar, Bataan, it serves as the home of the most historical landmark, the Shrine of Valor (Dambana ng Kagitingan). This landmark is a tribute to the heroism of the Filipino and American soldiers who sacrificed their lives fighting against the Japanese during World War II.  A 92-meter high cross is erected atop the mountain and gives visitors an amazing view of Bataan and Corregidor.  In front of it is a World War II museum that shows the history of Bataan.

Sisiman Bay

This is a perfect cove for beach-loving people.  It is located at the southernmost part of the Bataan Peninsula, in Mariveles to be exact.  This place vaunts the perfect location for rock formations, pebble beach, a lighthouse and a beautiful sunset.

After a rigorous climb on Mt. Samat, visitors can relax and have a side trip on Dunsulan Falls.  It may not be that elegant compared to other falls but it would make your time worthwhile because of available obstacles like hanging bridge and many more.

Located at the capital city of Bataan, this site is also known as Balanga Wetland and Nature Park.  Bird enthusiast will find this tourist spot ideal since it serves as the second haven for migratory birds. That is why Balanga decided to celebrate the annual “Ibong Dayo” Festival to make people aware of the significance of taking care of the environment for the sake of these birds.

This place will take you back to time since it features a 100-acre land where almost forty original Spanish-Filipino colonial domiciles, more locally known as “casas”, are still preserved.  Labelled as the country’s first and only heritage resort by the sea, this site is located at Barangay Ibaba, Bagac, Bataan.

Morong is not only known for its breath-taking beaches that lures many tourists, but also an idyllic nestling grounds for various turtle species around the country.  To protect these endangered species, the local and provincial government together with NGOs have built many conservation centers mostly in Morong and Bagac.  Their aim is not only to protect the turtles but also to increase their numbers.

Last in our list is this controversial site because although the Marcos government spent US$2.3 billion dollars on it, it was never been used. Located in a remote area in Morong, Bataan, it still attracts many visitors and your adventure in Bataan will never be complete if you fail to make a sneak peek at it.
