We are living in an ideal world where we wish the best to see. Just like in the field of education, it is a great vision for a teacher to perceive a school that he/she considers as supreme. It is said to be the dream school a teacher desires to be with.
Basically, an ideal school should be managed and led by an educational leader who has the great ability to administer and supervise the institution and its people. This administrator serves everyone with a big heart and always think of their goodness.
Secondly, a school that is considered as a model should be a perfect place for learning. It terms of the human resources, the teachers are personally and professionally equipped and altruistically enhancing the educative procedure for the sake of the learners. They are also abreast with the latest knowledge and technology which hone the skills and abilities of the educational clientele.
On the part of the learners, these young minds should be dynamic students who are pleasantly engaged in academics and with other valuable activities in school. They are the active individuals who are facing innovations and challenges in the education field. They are the individuals who seriously embrace the school system and willingly participate in enriching themselves for the best.
Also in an ideal school, the parents and stakeholders eagerly give their share and support various school objectives and programs. They are strong partners that contribute to the betterment of the learners and of the educational institution.
In terms of relationship, the school administrators, teachers, students, parents and other stakeholders are working hand in hand, in harmony, for a common goal…which is to work for the holistic development and progress of the learners.
Added to an ideal school traits are the conducive surroundings impeccable for the teaching-learning process. It is splendid location where the students enjoy and feel the convenience and safety every day.
Connectedly, a dream school has the complete amenities which the students owe to have like well-ventilated and spacious classrooms, modern library, state of the art computer laboratory, well-built gymnasium and other useful facilities which are much contributory to education.
Generally, a dream school should be the center of excellence in curriculum, in human resources and in facilities for the advantage of the learners who are in the center of the educative process.
