Teachers are very crucial in the process of teaching and learning. They must be prepared on the information and skills in order to develop students’ intrinsic talents and potentials by helping them achieve their goals and to ensure their future success.

As a teacher, I consider that students’ social interactions have a significant influence on how they think, act and learn in the society in which they live. My aim is to help my students to learn how to deal with real-life difficulties in order to improve their problem-solving abilities. In order for the students to learn while having fun, I use a variety of games in the classroom. This will assist them, particularly my elementary students, in learning to collaborate and have fun rather than just listening and sitting in their chairs the whole time. I offer a wide range of group activities to assist them foster a sense of cooperation and teamwork among their peers and classmates. They may also form friendships as a result of these experiences, which will offer them with extra sources of security and support as they grow and develop. They can benefit from self-discovery, which can be accomplished through active learning. When students participate in practical experiences and reflection, they are better equipped to apply ideas and knowledge learned in the classroom to actual problems. I believe that the students should regard the classroom as a welcoming place where they can learn new things. Rather than indicating dangers and terrors, they must feel safe and protected. I want my students to look forward to going to school everyday and learn a lot from their teachers, classmates and their environment.

Teachers have diverse perspectives on how to instill knowledge to future generations. They differ in their techniques and strategies for assisting pupils in learning from them. However, it makes no difference what their philosophies are. We all have one main purpose and goal in mind: to bring out the best in our students’ abilities and to achieve their fullest potentials.
