In any classroom engagement the teachers ability and efficiency is the core in any learning pursuit .Value system of a teacher is very important in attaining and imparting knowledge.

A teacher must be committed to make his students a learned individual. He can do this if he is equipped of the tools of commitment to attain higher level of learning . He can tap his students interests to think of endless possibilities reach by human faculties.

If all teachers are committed to make his students learned then ,there is no reason why we are held a left behind by our neighboring countries.

After all, Filipino teachers are sought for to fill in, in the educational system of other countries. We salute the Filipino teachers.
