Technology in the workplace particularly in the school or any other educational institutions contributes in achieving a much efficient and effective operation most especially in the office.

This could be helpful in the following:

Systematic Office Work. Through the utilization of technology, the tasks in the office would be well-organized and systematic.  The speed and accuracy being brought by this technology can transform a better working accomplishment.

Smooth Communication.  Through the aid of technology communication using the mobile phones and internet could be executed smoothly. The persons in the school could easily send and receive messages in order to transact with very important matters regarding the school.

Fast Processing of Papers.  There are papers that are needed by the students in the school in various purposes.  The school personnel particularly the clerk could easily prepare these documents for the benefit of the students.

Time and Space Saving. The convenience of technology could also save time and space. Since the required materials are only minimal it is not yielding voluminous papers since the data are stored in the computer.

More Economical.  Since time and space are saved, the use of technology in the education workplace also limits expenses.  It is not requiring so many materials since the information are in the computer system.

More Accessible.  The accessibility of technology is prevalent nowadays so it is convenient for the school office worker to make use of the devices and equipment as controlled by technology.

Much easier.  The computer technology and any other modern equipment in the school office are easier to use and are readily available.

Technology is very important at present most especially in the school workplace.
