To be well-guided and to meet the global standards in teaching, a certain educator must be able to follow the necessary norms.  The following norms will be helpful in achieving greatness in education.

Norm 1. Comprehensive.  The lessons to be taught by the teacher should be complete, covering all branches of knowledge. The completeness of ideas is very important

Norm 2. Quality.  The teacher should provide quality teaching not a mere mediocre educative process. The teacher must aim for quality not just for quantity.

Norm 3. Updated.  The teacher should teach the children with the latest trends in the field of education. The new ideas must be discussed in the class.

Norm 4. Relevant.  The lessons being taught should be applicable to the students and should have importance in them.  These lessons should touch the hearts of the students.

Norm 5. Related.  The lessons being told should be related to the lifelong situations and be related to their lives.  The students can identify themselves in various learning experiences.

Norm 6. Supreme. The kind of education being given should be superlative and above the expectations.  It is highly anticipated that teachers should give the very best.

Norm 7. World-class.  The kind of education should be levelling up with the world standard and can be comparable to the others.  The lessons are in line with the world stream.

Norm 8. Competitive.  The kind of education being given should of great value and is not being left behind.  The teachers should produce better outputs in the works of the students.

These are the standards which should be applied in the field of teaching in order to create goodness and greatness.
