Data organization, in broad terms, refers to the method of classifying and organizing data sets to make them more useful. It is in fact, one of the fastidious and important parts of the education system that we have to pay attention with.

Having all the records of the institute including the students, the employees, budget and everything should always be detailed in order to avoid confusion or chaos.

Thus, Online Database System like LIS (Learner Information System) and EBEIS is such a big help to the clerical employees.  It is therefore, a big step towards a more organized and faster education system. We can trace students’ history based on his LRN only. The school head can also identify his dropped out rate in a second. He can also make a status report about the school, the teachers, their students, and also the use of the MOOE fund in just “one click away”.   Budget, monthly salary and other money mattered works are also tallied on a database system.

Truly, everything has its disadvantage, and i believe that Online Database System has also one, but as long as we use it properly, and with our mind widely open, there’s no way that we can enhance it that we can utilize it to the most.

“Change is the only constant thing in this world”, as part of the clerical employees, this change is in reality a blessings to our field.
