Every school or educational organization must always seek to become better or even be at the best, that is why it is essential to have organizational development and change and that is applicable in the field of education.

 

On the part of the educational manager, knowing oneself is the initial step to follow.  Having realized the requirements and necessities of becoming an efficient and effective leader is truly remarkable. If there are things to develop and change in oneself for the better so do them.

 

In addition, the human resources in the organization must be managed well.  Have them be competent and productive.  The leader of the school must persuade them to enhance themselves and encourage them to do their best in their respective jobs, duties and responsibilities.

 

The quality of performance and teaching instructions rendered by the workforce in school must be of quality and in excellence that is why they have to be developed and enhanced further.

 

Undeniably, there are old and undesirable attitudes, systems and behaviors in the organization.  It is only proper to eradicate and change them.  Develop positive ones that will create a more desirable atmosphere in the school.

 

Moreover, the school must develop teamwork and camaraderie within the organization.  It is very much wonderful if the people in school have synergy and cooperation.  The combined positive forces will lead the school to better direction.

 

Aside from the human wealth in school, the educational leader must consider the capital outlay procurement and development. Having the adequacy of the facilities will transform the school into a better educational venue, making them advanced, safe and conducive.

 

Furthermore, the organization or school must not only be confined in the matters in school.  The people in school must be adjusted to things that are happening in the community and in the country as well.  Be resilient and flexible to the demands of the external concern which explicitly and implicitly affect the school.

 

In addition, persuade your people to reach success in all their activities and undertakings.  Inspiring people to reach the pinnacle of triumph is truly worthy.

 

The administration or management in every school will be instrumental in achieving development, change and progress in school.  So let it happen….
