Is passion and commitment really the most important key to success?
Well, valuing my passion is a sign of showing uniqueness and commitment to serve and perform duties in the work place where I will gain “success”…a word that will show me a passionate employee, focused, engaged and committed to do the best in everything I do.
Passion and commitment in my work was best defined as the satisfaction of my nice working relationship to others and my career growth. It is more than the control of my intellectual choice, positive experience in work, good attitude and willingness to serve.
Gaining a lot of work experience, my intellectual capability and skills take me how to show compassion to what I am doing and sharing it to others. Dealing with different people, regardless of their character or attitude or sometimes get discouraged and feel like giving up from overload works, hard times and busy schedules. What influence me through this tiring period? Maybe it’s my passion: it is the most influential and striking weapon to strive more in my work that helps me surmounts challenges and difficulties in the work place. My commitment or the enjoyment I feel from performing different tasks that helps me to strengthen my devotion and motivates me to improve my skills, my ability to work easily with passion.
A lot of times, I saw myself talking to more experienced people, I really feel motivated, learning to listen on how they succeed in their workplace, combined with their rampant roles in the community, the expectations of their families, friends and other people who challenged them, but still in their heart surrounds their willingness, continues love and appreciation of what they are doing, matter most, their passion and commitment, their reasons to become SUCCESSFUL!
It can be particularly difficult for a start , but if I will pay importance and value learning from those experienced people, I will really love my work, understand others, open my mind and dream for a better future….and that also, will be my passion, my commitment and my key to success.
