Creating viable strategies and practices is the utmost function in determining the success of an individual. Educators need various strategies to properly implement adequate school programs and projects for the sake of the children. Plans for a clear goal is needed to be done to avoid learners on pitfall. Making difference on the part of the learners is basically the focus of teachers as it includes in the education system.
However, there are some aspects that we need to consider in recognizing the process of making a difference in teaching. Passion to impart learning to all students for their growth is the main objective of the teaching profession. As they say, today’s great people are the product and designed by great teachers. Their long patience to produce a well-oriented and competent citizen is the best contribution of the educators.
Sharing wisdom more than knowledge is the mission of every teacher. Students are guided to create a positive attitude towards life. Hence, teachers should be appreciated for helping their learners to face even difficult situations. Their eagerness to help their students to find their potential to develop confidence and self-acceptance is admirable. Finding way to incorporate community service into their teaching can be seen to their actions. But we must be mindful that whenever we think of educators as role model, we must also show our gratitude to them for their endless effort to make the children a productive citizen.
