Non-teaching personnel are often admired for their assiduity and humane personality. They are known for being complementary of the teaching staff in any institution or university.

Without those people who are devoted to attend the needs of institution, teachers will find themselves doing such things other than preparing their lesson plans for the day. Furthermore, their focus on their students will lessen because of these obligations.

Teachers and non-teaching staff play thneir role distinctively but in a way it should be harmoniously.

There should be a mutual respect between and among teaching personnel and the government workers for that matter.
