1. DEDICATED – Teacher must show great desire in doing his duties and responsibilities as teacher. He must not complains with diff. task assigned to him and must not get tired serving the students.
2. MAINTAIN A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOR – It is important to employ jokes once in a while to relax students mind and make them feel comfortable. Laughter can eliminate boredom and make discussions alive and enjoyable.
3. MAINTAIN YOUR GOOD LOOKS—By dressing up properly, coupled with fine make up and properly combed hair hair or nice hairdo and well manicured nails can contribute to your good looks that will be appreciated by the students. Your total personality is already a form of motivation to your students, you can at once get their attention seeing you in a beautiful dress.
4. KEEP A WELL MODULATED VOICE – Try to speak in a well modulated voice, talking very loud that you are almost shouting can be irritable to them, talking in a very soft voice that they cannot understand or hear clearly what you are saying will be useless. Learning will take place if everything that you have said are clearly understood.
5. FRIENDLY ATTITUDE—If a teacher is looking for some good qualities from his students students are just the same with the teacher. They need someone to share their problems, personal experiences and with that, expect a friendly teachers to have somebody to entrust their problems, a shoulder to cry on in troubles and desperation and share his happiness in times of success and achievements.
6. KIND AND UNDERSTANDING—Students value a teacher who shows kindness like helping him solve his problem, give assistance to his financial needs because the teacher really understand his situation being a member of a very poor family.
7. POSSESS GOOD ATTITUDES—We cannot give what we do not have. A teacher with good qualities will be reflected in his ways in dealing with his students. If he really possess good quality traits you can see and observed it in all the things that he is doing except he is good in hiding his real self whom others named them as plastic or fake.
