Teaching is said to be the most admired and the most revered profession in the world because it works for the holistic development and growth of the individual.

From being a teacher for so many years, I was able to conceptualize my belief or notion of this very important profession which we consider also as a vocation.

Teaching is not simply giving instructions to the learners.  It needs a painstaking effort in order to completely touch the lives of the educational respondents…the learners.

As a teacher, you do not only educate the mind but you also feed the soul and direct the character of the person.

In addition, as a teacher, you have to unselfishly enhance the skills, capabilities and talents of your students to make them dynamic, interactive and productive.

Leading the way of the child to a better path is one of the primary responsibilities of the teacher, preparing the youth for a better future and enhancing their intellectual, moral, spiritual, physical and affective powers in order to handle the challenges of life and of tomorrow.

It is not a simple task but it entails a big responsibility.  Be a good and responsible teacher to justify the name of this noblest profession.
