As the saying goes “All Work and No Play Make John a Dull Boy”.

Indeed, this is a truism that school officials have considered in intensifying the curriculum on physical education. They believe that students should not only be developed intellectually but also physically

In college, we were taught that physical education is a part of the curriculum, in the elementary and secondary education. Physical education includes training and maintaining one’s physical body through educational means. It is also about sharpening our cognitive abilities and motor skills via athletic competitions, exercises and various physical activities.

We naturally acquire advantages as we inculcate in ourselves the importance of physical education.

One benefits that students derive in the physical education, especially students with obesity will eventually find themselves in good body shape in the course of their physical education be it in forms of ball games, dance and any kind of athletics.

As matter of fact, school and universities are encouraging students to take part in activities that require physical involvement, be it in the form of exercise or sports. Some even come with their own fitness center to gives students a chance to enroll in their many programs. Campuses on physical education stress on the importance of physical education by making sure students are constantly taking part in different activities and sports functions.

Again, lesson on physical education are not important but are of great help to develop a healthy body.
