Every teacher should make it a point to resolve to get rid of the fear they have whenever they are given a duty that is unfamiliar to them. First, a teacher is chosen to complete this assignment because you can complete it. The fact that your superiors are aware of your ability is crucial. As a result, educators must view this task as a challenge rather than a difficulty. This kind of assignment might never be offered to you again if you turn it down since others will think you lack confidence.
Teachers who are unwilling to take risks will inevitably fall to the bottom of the pile. When given a new task, a teacher must accept it with enthusiasm and complete it. The American educator, author, and speaker Carol Ann Tomlinson once said, “Excellence in education is when we do everything that we can to make sure they become everything that they can.” As instructors, try to dismiss the sensation of anxiety that arises as we take on a new duty. Positivity is key; all will be accomplished with the aid of your fellow teachers and the Lord’s leadership. “You develop strength, courage, and confidence by every experience,” says Eleonor Roosevelt, a former first lady of the United States.
If a specific assignment was allocated to you, you are fortunate. Although you were chosen by the administrator, perhaps others were clamoring to complete the work. They’re jealous that you were selected. Nevertheless, keep in mind Aesop’s tale about the crab mindset, where the concept is best expressed by the expression “If I can’t have it, neither can you.” While any one crab can easily escape, its attempts will be thwarted by others, assuring the group’s collectively successful outcome.
Teachers should never incite resentment, envy, or suspicion toward students who are given special assignments; instead, they should find ways to help students understand the basics of each assignment and work together to complete it successfully. Spend more time instead making wise choices and exercising critical and creative thinking. By doing this, you’ll become more conscious of your abilities and positive attitudes.
