They say that it is hard for other pupils or students to have positive attitude towards school because of learning difficulties, feeling of pressure and fear of failure. But all of these can be turned into positive if teachers will change the paradigm of thinking and it would be possible.

A school is the center of the educative process. The teacher must enlighten the young minds of the learners that they are in school in order to sharpen their minds and develop their character.  It should be a venue of learning brilliant knowledge and core values for their own benefit.

In connection with this, if someone encounters difficulties learner, the teacher must be willing to assist and help the child overcome these adversities.  In this way, the child will be able to survive and find school as a place of true learning despite the challenges.

A school must also be a place for good fun and enjoyment.  There are times that teachers will introduce or present activities.  These will invite the child to enjoy.  By means of interactive and dynamic undertakings, the child could release tension and pressure and would make him/her at ease and at home in school.

The feeling of pressure will eventually be eradicated since the child finds zest not pressure in everything he/she does. On the mind of the child, the school has a new picture which is pleasant and pleasing.

A school must be a venue of achievements.  The teacher must create an atmosphere of healthy and rewarding accomplishments.  It should be an institution that encourages the showcase of talents, skills and intelligences.  It is a room for improvement and success.

The feeling of failure will no longer rule because the child has a view of what a school is.  The failure is shifted to success.

Teachers should lead the child to realize the positive sides and aspects of the school in order to develop within him/her the right, good and positive attitude towards school.

A new paradigm will then be formed and it would be for the benefit of the child as the center of the teaching-learning process in school.
