When you are enthusiastic in delivering the lesson? When you are done with your duty as a teacher? You should not just depend on it.
As a teacher, you should have to be more passionate in teaching to become powerful one.
Here are the tips to become a powerful teacher:
1. Enjoy your teaching together with your students – As a teacher, you should not only teach lessons or share knowledge. You should also enjoy your teaching together with your students. Engage your students in more activities where in they will not only learn but they will also enjoy.
2. Show and make a difference in the life of your students – How can you make a difference in the lives of your students? As a teacher, you should be vigilant enough to the action or behavior of your students. When you feel that your students are not comfortable or having a hard time then give spare time to talk to them. Make them feel that you are concern and understand what they have been through.
3. Always be positive – It is important to a teacher for having a positive attitude. You should always encourage optimism to your students. No matter how tired you are and whatever problems you have been through do not show it to them. Show that despite of everything, you are still wearing that killer smile and are very much enthusiastic to teach them.
4. Getting to know each other – As a teacher, we must know our students and we should also introduce them ourselves. By this way, we may know the interest of our students and their learning style so that it is easier for us to meet their needs as an individual. This is highly important for being a powerful teacher.
5. Give your 100% best - Whether you writing a lesson plan or completing the forms you need to finish or anything else you do. Make sure that you give 100% on it. You can also share it with your students. Always give them what they deserve.
