It is true that teachers spend most of their time interacting with their pupils. But, they also need to work with each other to develop teaching skills and cohesiveness amongst their colleagues. An administrator must have activities with his or her teacher to create a bonding among them. One way to promote staff bonding is to simply have term building activities. Team building activities promote bonding especially when you or your staff get out into a new environment. With this, you provide them with opportunity to see each other in a new light. They also have the chance to learn new things about each other, in many instances new things they have in common.

Healthy competitions also develop positive attitudes among the staff. After the teachers can get feelings out during team building activities, they can join forces successfully back in school.

Lastly, team building activities give the staff the chance to build shared experiences and memories . By participating some may get to be silly. Most of the time, teachers laugh because they are having awesome time with each other.

If staff’s bonding is promoted, feelings and experiences follow leading to productivity and morale. Through team building activities, we therefore lead’s our teachers to be more triumphant in their own field.
