          One of the factors behind school organizations giving a lot of attention to the school staff is the nature of the firms in the current school environment. Given the fact the utilization of strategic management is essential to provide the organization a sense of direction and a feeling of purpose.

          Accordingly, proper supervision is the strategic approach to have an effective management in school. The application of proper managerial in managing people in the organization is the best way in order to help the school in gaining a competitive advantage. It remains to be the most vital section, that can develop and nurture ethically inclined professionals. Admittedly, every school is facing ethical dilemmas which have caused a lot of ethical and moral issues. With this, the presentation of concepts of fairness, rights and justice in human resource management should always be examined. The personnel compensation, fair treatment in promotion among genders, rewarding and appraisal performance and provision of environment for employee’s growth and advancement should also be considered by the school management.

        In order to achieve its goal, the school head should deliver proper practices to maximize the performance of the school staff who are in the teaching and non-teaching position. It is done through training programs, performance evaluation and reward programs. Training and development professionals ensure that school staffs are trained and have continuous development.
