In everything that we do, we should not only be after for quantity instead we also have to look at the quality on what we do. In the field of education, It is very important that there is quality in all aspects for us to achieve better outputs at the end.
Curriculum. The curriculum itself must be excellent enough to suit the needs not only of the learners but also of society. The quality of subject areas and their contents must be assured on their brilliance and distinction.
Trainings. The teachers who will be facing daily challenges in school must be well-equipped through proper and adequate trainings fitted to their respective grade levels and subjects handled.
Methods. The most suitable means of delivering the subject matter or skill should be realized in order to satisfy the needs of the learners and educate them very well. Furthermore, the methods must be timely and relevant to the youth learners.
Teachers. The teacher should also be of quality. Teachers has quality if they perform efficiently and effectively in school. Likewise, they should apply religiously what they learned from their seminars and trainings.
Students. The students will also attain quality if they are being taught well in school. Their holistic development and growth will be the reflection of their quality. The way they project themselves as learners is the concrete manifestation of their learning.
Facilities. It is very vital that the learning environment should be considered. The facilities which are safe and hazard free are very important. Then, the facilities which contribute to learning are also necessary.
Monitoring and Evaluation. The school operation and the way the school performs will be monitored and evaluated. In this way, the assurance of quality will be achieved since the way the school will have a check and balance.
The school administrator must consider the curriculum, trainings, methods, teachers, students, facilities and monitoring and evaluation in attaining quality assurance in school.
