What is happiness exactly? Is it just merely a laugh or a smile?

What is happiness for you? Does it involve money, wealth or material things? Fancy cars, fully furnished mansions, designer clothes, bags and shoes, healthy body, a great job? Well, then how come a lot of rich people are still unhappy?

What is the measurement of true happiness? Some say that being together with the ones that they love is happiness. Success is happiness. Finding your one true love is happiness. Having peace is happiness or being able to eat what you want is happiness. Well? Is it? And even if it is, is it lasting? Is it forever? Does the happiness stay? Or it is just for a while, just for some time, temporary? Which leads to the question, how do you get long lasting happiness?

Is contentment happiness? Do people get contented? Can people get contented? When will one get contented? Is gaining everything that people want give contentment?

Can attaining peace give contentment? Where do we find peace? How do we find peace? Is the absence of fear the meaning of Peace? Does peace bring happiness? Is it a “who” or “what” that can give us peace? Is it God? How does He do that? Why does he do that?

Can God give us happiness? Yes, and even better. God gives us joy and love that bring us peace and contentment that nothing and no one in this world can.
