Republic Act No. 10627, other known as anti-bullying act of 2013. These rules cover all public, private school and learning centers.

                Anti-bullying act is a part of child protection policy. Deped shall include in its training program, courses or activities which shall provide opportunities for school administrator, teachers and other employees to develop their knowledge and skill in preventing or responding to any bullying act.

                Bullying causes the victims emotional distress such as the use of profanities name-calling and commenting negatively on the activity on the victim physical appearance.
