RESULTS – BASED PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSYTEM (RPMS) for DepEd Training in Clusters

A new performance system will be used by the DepEd employees beginning June 2014.  Four consecutive training were conducted by the Department of Education – Division of Bataan headed by our School Division Superintendent Tarcila P. Javier, supported by our Asst. Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Carolina Sugpatan Violeta and the Education Supervisors.  Four clusters of school administration and supervisor from the twelve districts in Bataan attended the said training.

            By the end of June 2014, it is expected that all districts successfully rolled – out the RPMS to all teaching and non-teaching personnel in their respective schools.

            “DepEd goes RPMS, LEAD (Lead, Engage, Align and Do) Ito’y EduGALING at EDUKalidad”  is the motto of the system.

            As we look deeper into the RPMS content, we our competing with ourselves, our accomplishment depends on how we work.  Work to measure everyday accomplishment.  You may ask yourself, how much have I done today, tomorrow until you reached your target.

             The new system adopted from Australia, found it effective same as the leadership style previously introduced, adopted applied in our country guiding our office managers in their successful management.

            We strongly believe the said system will uplift the individual’s performance in the field of education.
