Home is one of the first places where an individual learn. The mother is the first teacher of the child. The experiences in life teach them to let their children also learn from them. The mother will be the first teacher of a child in a sense that they are the one who accompanied the child in their personal growth. Some of the mothers are not professional teacher but they have the most realistic lessons in life that can be taught to their children. Compare to teachers, they are the second mother of the students in school. The students spend more time in school rather than at home. In that case, the teachers are the most familiar person with regards to the behavior and attitudes of the students. The role of the mother is to give love, care, show respect and secure their children in a safe place. But for teachers, the role for the students is to let them learn the lessons in school and apply it in their everyday situations. Teachers are the one who will train the students with the skills and abilities required in order for them to pass the requirements in the school curriculum. The teachers help the students to plan and prepare for their future. All teachers are familiar with the classroom set-up. They set rules and regulations for the students to comply. They can control the students while they are still inside the classroom. A teacher carries big responsibilities in the classroom setting. The students will always depend to him/her. Everything that the teacher says will have a great impact on the lives of the students. Anything that the teacher will say or act will be implant in the mind of the students. It is also the role of the teacher the upbringing of the behavior of the students inside the classroom. The teacher will always be responsible for all the actions of the students inside the classroom. The teacher must create a conducive and friendly environment for the students to learn the subject matter in easier  way. The students should feel that they are secure in the classroom. The teacher should always exercise doing good things for the students to know that they are responsible enough in their actions. The students will feel that classroom is not only for learning but a safe place that they can involved with other people that they can share their ideas, opinions and experiences in life with their classmates. I believe that the teacher is someone who guides the students with their learning in the subject matter also in the decision making of the students. The teacher needs to show respect towards the students so that the students will also respect the teacher as well as the other students that surrounds them.  I think the role of the teacher is not only in the teaching-learning process of the students but instead the role of the teacher also includes the personal growth of the students. As a classroom teacher, we must always pay attention to the attitudes, behavior and the actions of our students due to the fact that they are more close to us rather to their family. Some of the students treat as not only a classroom teacher but as a part of their family. We must acknowledge the gratitude of our students as simple way as they can do it. We should mold our students to be good students in the school so that if they go outside the school premises, they will be a good citizen. We as a teacher should be a good model for our students.
