CB PAST was the former form used in rating the performance of teaching personnel.  However, it was replaced by Results-Based Performance Management System or widely known as RPMS.  In CB-PAST, it is one formatted form.  You will just choose or shade the rating you chose for a certain Performance Indicator while in RPMS, you will create your own category, objective and rating percentage depends on your position or line of work.  Using RPMS is more difficult than using the formatted CB-PAST form.

In doing RPMS, it is really self-rating of your performance. You must attain your objective in your own given period. You will judge yourself according to what you think you did best in your work. More attachment papers are needed in RPMS than in CB-PAST.

The good thing about RPMS is that every action counts.
