We in the education system,operates thru the governance of National laws, DepEd orders and Memos. These are carried out from the highest level down to the lowest level- the school principal.

School Based Management , the way I understand it, is decentralizing the power from the National level going to the lowest level-school. Indeed , school principals are now in wider command within their schools.They have now the blessings of our government to act on immediate needs of their schools. They can now tap all their efforts to invite all possible stakeholders. Trully, it will serve our students best interest.

Our principals , as they are in the forefront can now exerts all their best efforts to make improvements such as physical facilities, harmonious relationship within the community among others, within their school.

School Base Management is truly a milestone in decentralizing within the educational system in the country.
