Your teaching, like marriage, should be cultivated, nurtured and enriched, if it has to stand the test of time and similarity to fit the changing innovations of education. No teaching is considered effective if it does not enter into the personality of the learner or shapes his social, mental and spiritual development, or affects his teaching or influences his action is not a successful teaching. Successful teaching makes the content of culture live in the lives of the learners and thereby enables them to live more fully, richly, wisely and humanely.

            When helping your pupils how to learn, you help them how to live with you as a shining example. What you portrait and practice is the one that your pupils will tend to do. You cannot give what you do not have. If you are always telling to your pupils be honest and still you in not then there is no reason why your pupil will believe in you. And with this one of the most important functions of a teacher being a good role model by example.
