Can food taken by the athletes really affect their performance? Food as we all know is one of the demands stated in our hierarchy of needs.

            Most of the sports activities drain our energy. An athlete should be careful enough in choosing foods they should eat. The amount and kind of foods take part in their performance. The kind of food athletes take should be carefully chosen to ensure stamina and vitamin. The more energy our chosen sports requires the more carbohydrates we must take.

            Of course, having discipline over the choice and amount of foods count a lot. As a saying goes, what mind conceives, the body can achieve. Right foods plus sound mind will sure bring success not only in sports but also in our lives.
