Fundamental in the role of educational system is to ensure that its graduates do not simply earn a degree, but that these are successfully employed. This concern stretches into matching the degree with appropriate work. In short, an Education graduate who is trained to be a teacher, the educational institution can be very well facilitate the employment of its graduates by being informed on how teacher applicants are evaluated by prospective employers.
Teaching in a public school gives more security of employment than teaching in a private school. If you become an employee of the government, thus, you are entitled to security of tenure. When it comes to the salary, the public system offers more benefit package.
These advantages drive teachers to pursue their career as Public school Teacher even some of those who are currently teaching in the private schools try their opportunities and decide to apply in the public school. As a basis of recruitment and selection,all teacher applicants who are bona fide residents of Bataan Province classified and rankedaccordingto their specialization. Highest rank was given priority for the regular permanent position.
With these guidelines, Department of Education (DepEd) is hiring the best teacher. Selecting the best teaching based on their qualifications and residency. While localization in the hiring of teacher applicants by the DepEd applies, the hiring is now based on the highest rank where the teacher applicants are registered.
