A person who never made a mistake never try anything new thus, those who tried to do something and fail are definitely better than those who try to do nothing and succeed.

Self-management is one important key to success; it requires the ability to manage oneself in relation to others through self-realization and self-determination. It enables a person to do or to achieve something he plans.

In a fast changing world, you will meet lots of different people; you must treat them better than they treat you. Always set in mind that “No man is an island” thus, always recognize you are part of a team and this should be reflected in a “we” language not “I” only. If you can’t collaborate and work with people you will not be able to succeed. The ability to work with others with good manners is one important part of self-management.

You might also ask yourself what your values or weaknesses are. If you do, that means you are aware of your self-worth. Self-awareness means knowing what your strength and weaknesses, know where you’re good or bad at. Reflect on those things and make necessary changes and improvement. In simple words, develop yourself.

Focus and discipline are also important when it comes to self-management. Concentrate, you must be focus on all the plans you are setting. Try not to be distracted at all times. If you believe you can succeed, you will be filled with much more confidence. Motivate yourself, welcome moments of fears but never allow it to influence you to give up.
