If there is one thing sure in this world that needs “changes”, It would be a common scenario for students to feel boring and frustrating when it comes to social studies. In this case we, as a teacher are assigned to break that kind of perception of our students. The question in this scenario is HOW?.As a social studies teacher I can rest assured my students not to feel the same when it comes to social studies. First, I’m going to use a lot of teaching strategies and techniques that I’ve learned when I was studying to cope the interest of my students. Second, “Be Better than your Students”, as a teacher you must be one who are more knowledgeable when it comes to your subject. And last, “Be a Facilitator”. Always attempt that our students are the one who are responsible to gather information to our subject and in order for them to become more productive in our subject.
