In this Digital Era, the importance of software to the teaching process is highlighted. Software is one of the tool used to make the learning more effective in a way that computer program lead the student to be self-sufficient in learning. It also helps other disable learners to learn like the other students who don’t have physical disability. Examples of software which said to be helpful in learning process are online video training platforms- a kind of software that teaches how to make design in a more quickly manner and easy to access. Online video training gives information on how to do something that we want to learn like making power point presentations and video editing. Other websites where this software can be found are lynda.com, Video2brain.com and Vidobu.com which are now used in diverse countries.

It is important to learn the significance of software as a teacher in order for us to discover the probable thing that the software can do during the learning process. The teacher can create a meaningful learning experience through technology. Teachers would also able to know how to maximize the use of computer in education .Learning the advantages of it would lead him to understand on how the software can help to make the teaching process be effective. It will also give a suggestion that video tutorial is also a software wherein a teacher can acquire a lot of information about the lesson that he can use during the discussion leading to a better assessment outcome. But the health (muscular, vision and skeletal injuries) are being at stake with the utilization of this, the attention of the learners could be mainly focused on the software and the teacher might be ignored. These are some of the disadvantages, issues and concerns in the use of instructional software.

But still, the use or utilization of software would be good or bad depending on how it will be employed in the teaching-learning process.
