Some words can imprison us within ourselves – words of hate, of desperation, of sadness, of isolation. These words can trap us, scare us from daring to live our lives the way we really wanted to lead them. Sometimes those words were said by a parent, sometimes a friend or a loved ones, and sometimes by someone (our enemies, might be) who just wanted to hurt us. And whether we like it or not, words have power to make things happen. But the results might be beneficial or destructive to its recipient.
Because it goes both ways – words that harm us can also heal us, can free us from the bondage and chains we put on ourselves and give us new direction, and new life. The following words were purposely and carefully selected, meditate on them. Maybe they will prove helpful.
