What we give our attention to, grows.  This is according to Ken Blanchard, since  what counts  most for a school principal in his school management are the people around him.  In fact an author in a management book mentioned that a school administrator needs 70%  for his management and only 20% for knowledge or ability.

            Human relationship is important, since it is very powerful.  A real good relationship can spur a school principal to greater heights he never thought he  could attain.  The most precious resource in an organization are the people  And since people  are that important, the school principal must always put that above other factors.  The people aspect should be given importance.

            Like any other individual, the school principal makes decision in everyday of his life, so it is safe to say that he or she must be guided by his relationships  with people around him.  Remember that when people value people, a certain bond,one that is unbreakable is formed.  This bond is vital to the organization.. I any organization, problems arise when people are taken for granted.  Therefore a sound and healthy human relationships when integrated to the system of school principals is not hard. Simply remember that every other person needs belongingness, acceptance, appreciation and approval.  Always stay positive, since focusing on the negative side often creates situations that demoralize people.  When good performance is followed by a good, sound and healthy relationship, people naturally want to continue that situation.  People feel good when they produce good results, because they know they have done a good job,, and they have something to show for their effort.  An effective school manager will make it a priority to establish a good human relationships.

.           Your role as a  school manager is even more important than you might imagine.  You have the power to make your people potential leaders and winners.
