The roles of stakeholders in the accomplishment of school programs and projects     should have to emphasized. Their support will be a big contribution to realize the school’s objective primarily to address the physical and psychosocial development of school children. Their generosity and open heart would help the school in providing the pupils with a child

    friendly school.      

                As they perform their duties and responsibilities, shared accountability should have to  considered by ensuring that resources being utilized are put to the best use. Transparency would ensure trust and confidence among the members. Outcomes of the projects and programs which were implemented should have to be monitored and evaluated.

               

           Establishing good relationship with our stakeholders is a good sign that our school has

 good  governance. School head and school personnel should have to develop good rapport to our stakeholders and clientele. As they see us in the school system doing our duties and responsibilities and involving them in the planning, organizing and implementation of different projects, they  would develop trust and confidence in us especially if they have observed how we do things consistently and efficiently. It is good manifestation that the more involvement of stakeholders, the more projects would be implemented as long as good relationship is
