New and old teachers need to know and develop the habit of starting the new school year right, this is because the success of their teaching-learning condition in school depends on the kind of discipline that they will impose among school children. That’s why at the beginning of the school year, both the pupils and the teacher should know what to do and what not to do in the class.

                                In order to attain an effective teaching-learning environment, the teacher should set rules and regulations inside and outside the school at the beginning of the school year. Pupils should know their limitations while classes are on-going and they must be reminded about their attitudes in school. Harmonious relationship must also be developed between the teacher and the pupils as well as the parents so that learning will be effective and efficient. Making the room feel like a Home and creating it as conducive place for learning will inspire the pupils to daily attend his or her class.

                                Considering all these important factors will surely unload the teachers in all her burdens in school and can be an effective to start the New School Year Right.
