        Bullying is a never-ending problem encountered in school that affects everybody particularly the pupils who bully, those who are victims and persons who witness to interpersonal violence.  Bullying may include verbal or non-verbal utterances, physical assaults, gesture, cyber threats, mockery, insulting behavior and facial expressions.  Different strategies on how to stop bullying have been used by all teachers who have met different kinds of behavior on their pupils.   However, the eradication of bullying in school is not easy to manage because most of the pupils are so often used it in dominating their peers.

        The latest research shows that the utilization of anti-bullying strategies is really important especially if it is supported by the development of a resilience-based intervention model like module which should be focused on developing a sense of relatedness. Likewise, parents are also given a chance to share some issues and concerns regarding the experience of their children in bullying.

        Consequently, the promotion of bullying prevention policies should be supported with a plan during the implementation because bullying is a serious problem for young and new generation.  If it is not properly handled, it can cause a negative effect on school climate and on pupils’ right to learn in a safe environment without fear.

        Furthermore, these approaches would be an attempt not only to prevent bullying but also to reduce the effects of it. Moreover, these might only be achieved if effective solution will be used and planned specifically in raising pupils’ awareness and developing their skills as it is necessary to measure children’s behavior overtime.

          The utilization of the anti-bullying strategies has included to the teaching of values wherein parents are also requested to attend an orientation regarding the child protection policy during the school year.
