Ever since that the pandemic had begun, many facets of our lives are affected. Among these matters is the system of education. From face to face class, it was modified to either modular or online class as a response to the ongoing situation due to covid-19.

With the new setup, many teachers find it difficult because they have no idea (yet) on how to cope with the given matter as it is the first time that it had happened. Parents or guardians became the facilitator of learning (especially for the elementary students) as they are the only ones who can communicate properly with the students. The effectiveness of this new setup is being questioned. Are the teachers able to assess the students properly? Are the students learning well? These questions linger to the internet where it became a hot topic.

The online and modular setup is new to everyone. It is actually commendable how the teachers were able to adapt to the situation in a short period of time. We cannot expect everything to flow perfectly. There will still be a part where improvement needs to be done.

It has been almost 2 years since the online and modular setup started. Many were able to cope with the situation, but still, many are hoping that face to face classes will be back since it is really better to be with the teacher as you study a lesson for a more accessible guidance.

As of this day, there are many schools who are considering to bring face to face classes back since kids are also being vaccinated. You can hear it from the news how schools are preparing for the face to face classes.

It is wonderful to see that education did not stop amidst the given situation, amidst the pandemic. Teachers are really flexible. Let us salute all teachers who never stop providing us the things we need in order for us to learn. Salute to the parents who support their children and a round of applause to the students who deal with the new education system.
