A good teacher produces good quality of learners. There’s a saying “A rising tide lifts all boats.”

       The teachers are responsible for providing an educational atmosphere where learners have the opportunity to fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, spiritual and psychological growth.

       The teacher plays an important role which affects the learners learning process. A teacher can be a model to his students in desirable patterns of behavior and values. A manager of the classroom situation who determines the kind of psychosocial climate that will prevail in the classroom. A facilitator of learning who utilizes appropriate and effective teaching methods depending on the learning situation. An evaluator of learning who utilizes results of evaluation as basis for further learning of his students.

       As a teacher it is important to us to have trainings for professional growth and development to meet the demands of our learners. Classroom setting became boring when routinary activities were being done.

       I believed that it’s a call for us teachers to do our part to the best as we can to produce a good quality of learners.
